Meet the Winemaker
Cuttaway Hill Wines
Mark Bourne and his family continue the traditions of cool climate grape growing and winemaking in the Southern Highlands.
The original Cuttaway Hill on sides of Mt Gilbraltar are planted with Chardonnay, Semillon, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. The aged Old South Road vineyard lends complexity and subtlety in the wine styles and adds an exciting addition to our cool climate wines including traditional method sparkling wines, Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Sauvignon Blanc.
Cuttaway Hill's logo portrays the timeless Southern Highlands landscape. The logo and label, coupled with quality wines continues to be an integral part of Cuttaway Hill's success. The Bourne family continues to strive to produce wines with a unique provenance that represent Cuttaway Hill.
