1. To confirm the Minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting

2. To receive and consider the President’s report on the proceedings of the Association

3. To receive and consider the Association’s Financial Statements and the Consolidated Financial Statements.

4. Notice of Motion: That the Treasurer’s Report be received and accepted by the members and that the necessary reports are sent to the Department of Fair Trading as required under section 26 (6) of the Act.

5. To transact any other business of which due notice will have been given or which, in the opinion of the Chairman of the meeting, may be considered expedient.

6. To Elect Office Bearers and Committee Members
